"No, this is not just another to-do app, like the many that flood the App Store. It’s a new way to look at things that you have set as goals, whether they are big or small." - AppAdvice.com
Doable is not just an app, but also a lifestyle. A time planner that actually plans for you.
You have goals and things you want to happen in your life. Big goals like learning something new and small things like doing the laundry. Stuff that’s done on a regular basis rarely fits in calendars or on todo lists.
Every time you find yourself doing something more than once, add it to Doable and decide how often you’d prefer to do it. From then on Doable takes care of telling you what needs to be done next, and the times it’s been done in the past.
You don’t have to worry about dates or even about being on time. Doable makes it easy to realize what’s most important at any time in your life, so you don’t have to keep track of everything at once.

There are endless uses for Doable, but here’s some inspiration

House work:
Vacuum, water flowers, clean toilet, clean kitchen, change bed linens.

Socially related:
Call parents or friends, write a blog post, tip a homeless, buy flowers for your dearest, go for a drink with a friend

Learning new things:
Practice instrument, read another chapter

Quality time:
Read a book, meditate, go play some sports, take a break, take a walk, read a magazine, have a nice cup of coffee.

Personal:
Workout, Take medicine, cut your nails, get a haircut, visit dentist, limit smoking, backup your files

Parental:
Check diaper, log breastfeeding, shower child, cut childs nails, give vitamins, take a picture of child

Pros and cons of Doable app for iPhone and iPad

Doable app good for

Pretty cool app!! Just one suggestion: The citations on the top of the app is very unnecessary and annoying...the developers should remove it or at least put in the end of the list.
This is simply the absolute best application for managing repeating tasks. For some reason, it seams to be the only one app who understands that recurring task should reset after it was done, not on a specific day. However the coders who wrote this do not seems to care. They kind of dropped it. They didnt made any updates since iOS 7. It is sad.

Some bad moments

Two things to make this perfect: 1) make it possible to hide silly quotes, 2) track how many overdue Doable activities there are at a certain time each day. Then include a graph of that data for the last week or month. That would track how youve been keeping up over time and if you have started slipping on your Doables.
Love the concept, Ive been looking like something like this for a while But a quote taking up HALF the screen? That has to go.
The app is does what it advertises. It has a great user interface & I really like it. But the best part is the creators. I had an issue with the cloud, which was my mistake I will add, that resulted in me losing my to dos & one of the creators noticed this on their own, emailed me & helped me get them back. Great attention to detail & excellent customer service. Not something you see a lot of in the app game.
I like the app a lot and use it daily despite an annoying bug, which is that it asks me to log in almost every time I open it.
Id like to be able set Doables to only occur during a certain time frame. For instance I may want to drink x amount of water every hour but only during the day, I dont need to be reminded during the overnight hours.
This app has been very helpful. It is a much more effective way of managing my routine than some overly complicated apps Ive tried. And it makes my annual and seasonal chores that Im always forgetting about less overwhelming and more Doable . The only things Id like to see in an update is the ability to specify days when it is ok to skip a task. A lot of my stuff doesnt apply to the weekend. It would also be nice to have a vacation mode.
